- No need to call, just return item with order # and contact info.
- Return merchandise must be returned within 30 days from delivery.
- Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days.

- Any merchandise used, worn, or not in the same condition as shipped cannot be returned.
- Special orders or custom merchandise such as personalized items are returnable for exchange only.
Claims for Damaged or Lost Shipments
- DakotaGifts.com is not responsible for claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment once they leave our dock. All products shipped will be insured for their purchase value stated on your invoice. Any and all claims will be the responsibility of the consumer to initiate. Notify DakotaGifts.com of any product damaged or lost during shipment immediately. A delay in notifying DakotaGifts.com could jeopardize settlement of the claim through the carrierr. Upon request, DakotaGifts.com will send the customer any documentation available that may help facilitate processing the claim.
